ABOUT THE ROLE:

Oversee Instagram and other social-media accounts for AI OnlyFans creators. You will monitor views and account performance, judge whether the content being created and posted is actually high quality, catch weak creative before it becomes a pattern, and make sure marketers improve their next output.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Review Instagram and other social accounts daily, including views and per-video performance.
Quality-check reels, carousels, concepts, hooks, and posted content so weak work does not continue.
Give direct, specific feedback and verify that the marketer's next content is measurably better.

HOW WE OPERATE:

Our management style is direct. Criticism is blunt, assignments are clear, and you are expected to turn pressure into better output. You must absorb training, apply feedback without defensiveness, and show visible improvement over time. Repeatedly ignoring instructions or failing to improve is incompatible with this role.
