Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the details you enter, including your name, age, gender, country, time zone, Telegram and Discord usernames, referral source, and any optional answers, experience, availability, work samples, voice-note links, or files you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential information about other people.

After you enter an age of 18 or above, entered answers and selected file details can be saved as an unfinished application, even if you never submit. Files themselves are uploaded when you submit. Closing the page does not delete a saved draft.

How we use and share information

We use applicant information to review suitability, manage hiring and trials, contact you, and consider relevant opportunities. Our operating team can review submitted and unfinished applications. Hosting and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; application records may also be stored in Notion. Submitted applications and attachments may be sent to our recruiting team in Discord. Unsubmitted drafts are not posted to Discord. Follow-up may take place through Telegram or Discord.

Our team and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or security. External services, including services hosting links you provide, have their own privacy policies.

Website analytics and browser storage

We use browser local storage and session storage for visitor and session identifiers, referral information, and application drafts. Our own analytics record visits, pages viewed, time on site, approximate country, device category, time zone, and referral or campaign information to understand and improve recruitment. IP addresses and browser information are also processed for site delivery and abuse prevention. Our analytics tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Retention

Retention depends on the status of recruitment, relevant future opportunities, and any legal, recordkeeping, or security needs. Submitted applications and unfinished drafts are not automatically deleted when you leave the site or a role closes. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about the information we hold. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law permits or requires it.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact Michael DiPietro on Telegram at @mikebdetro and mention Relentless Agency privacy. Include the name or username used on your application; we may need to verify your identity.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Rights and exceptions vary by location. Where a legal basis is required, ordinary recruitment and site administration are based on our legitimate interests, subject to your rights; other processing may rely on legal obligations or consent where required.

We will post changes here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
