ABOUT THE ROLE:

Oversee OnlyFans chatters and make sure their conversations are clear, natural, accurate, and profitable. You will catch typos, confusing replies, broken creator voice, weak rapport, bad tone, and poor sales execution before those mistakes become habits. You must be able to hold standards without becoming vague, emotional, or passive.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Audit OnlyFans conversations for typos, clarity, natural flow, creator voice, tone, and sales quality.
  • Coach chatters directly and verify that the same mistakes do not repeat.
  • Use daily chat review and KPIs together to improve team performance and revenue.

HOW WE OPERATE:

Our management style is direct. Criticism is blunt, assignments are clear, and you are expected to turn pressure into better output. You must absorb training, apply feedback without defensiveness, and show visible improvement over time. Repeatedly ignoring instructions or failing to improve is incompatible with this role.
